Several Troy School District 30-C schools participated in Jumpstart’s Read for the Record in October.

At Troy Craughwell Elementary School in Joliet, LRC Associate Joyce Forlenzo read this year’s selected book to several classes. The entire school also took part in literacy activities related to the story throughout the school day. Second graders in one class made bear ears to wear during the reading.
