An intoxicated diner twice pushed a security guard who was trying to eject him from the TGI Fridays at the Louis mall Thursday evening, police said.

The first time Luis Felix pushed the 25-year-old security guard, police said, he and his 27-year-old colleague let it pass.

The second time, they reportedly detained Felix, called the cops and had him arrested.

Felix, 29, of the 1200 block of North Raynor Avenue, was causing as disturbance in the casual dining restaurant about 7 p.m. Thursday and the two security guards were called to get rid of him, police said.

The security guards asked Felix to pay for his meal and leave, Deputy Police Chief Ed Gregory said, but instead of doing that, Felix became belligerent.

Felix pushed the younger security guard but the guard let it pass, Gregory said.

The security guards then tried to escort Felix out of the restaurant and even offered to call him a cab, Gregory said, but Felix chose to instead push the guard again.

That’s when the security guards took Felix into custody and called the law, Gregory said.

Felix was charged with battery and disorderly conduct. He was released on his own recognizance.
