M&E Global Group Inc. has begun construction on a manufacturing facility at 1820 Mound Road in Rockdale, immediately adjacent to M&E’s corporate headquarters at 1828 Mound Road.
M&E has already broken ground and expects to have construction completed by July 31.

The Truck Trailer & Molding Division manufactures trailer parts, spring assemblies, hose separators and a wide range of other specialty molded parts. Its POP Division manufactures store displays and fixtures out of wood, metal and plastic.
The company prides itself on being a one-stop shop and has onsite a diverse assortment of manufacturing equipment that includes routers, break presses, welders, injection molding machines, heat benders, wire formers, spring machines, lasers, a water jet machine, die cutters, and a 3-D printer.
Co-owners Brad Cain and Vicki Bender said in a joint statement that they were deeply appreciative to their employees, long-term customer base and the local community for their commitment and support in making this opportunity for growth possible.
They also indicated that they are looking forward to the challenges of tomorrow and invite members of the business community to continue their commitment to excellence and community growth.
