NEW LENOX – A new angiography system at Silver Cross Hospital in New Lenox uses lower dose with greater resolution.
When dealing with cardiac or vascular procedures getting as much information as possible is key, which is what the new Philips EP Angiography suite at Silver Cross Hospital can do.
This new system can perform complex cardiac and vascular procedures with insightful guidance all while using a low X-ray dosage. The state-of-the-art room was designed to treat patients with complex cardiac arrhythmias, such as atrial fibrillation, atrial flutter and ventricular tachycardias, among others.
Other features include:
• State-of-the-art cardiac mapping for arrhythmia ablations
• 3D reconstruction of the chambers and structures of the heart to identify sources of arrhythmias
• Improved fluoroscopic visualization for cardiac and peripheral angiograms
• More information in less time with less X-ray dose.http://link.email.dynect.net
