Here's a list of Will County holiday events this December

There’s a lot going on in Will County during the holiday season this December.

• Festival of the Gnomes –
2 to 3:30 p.m. Dec. 1 and 2, Billie Limacher Bicentennial Park and Theatre in Joliet. Enjoy stories with “wee folk” through live theater and more during this family tradition. Tickets available for $5 for all ages. If the child is a baby and will not need a chair, there is no charge. Tickets available online or through the office at 201 W. • Toys For Tots – 8 to
11 p.m. Dec. 1, Gruben’s Uptown Tap, 24035 Lockport St. in Plainfield. Bring an unwrapped toy for a girl or boy up to age 12.

• Toy Drive – Noon to
6 p.m. Dec. 2, Plainfield Moose, 16310 S. Lincoln Hwy.,
Suite 100 in Plainfield
. The 20th annual Toy Drive is accepting new, unwrapped gifts, monetary donations and gift cards to help those in need. Drive includes door prizes, free food, a raffle table, mystery stockings and 50/50 raffles.

• “It’s a Wonderful Life – A Radio Drama” – 7 p.m. Dec. 8, Rialto Square Theatre, 102 N. Chicago St., Joliet. Tickets available online.

• USF Radio Luncheon –
11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Dec. 10, University of St. Francis in Joliet. WCSF, the USF student-run radio station, invites the community to a special meet-and-greet luncheon with “Mr. Christmas” Don Burke, the voice and host of “Spirit of Christmas,” the radio station’s annual 24-hour Christmas music programming. Tickets cost $30 each and include a lunch plate. Call 815-740-3697 for information.

• Holiday Collage Concert – 7 p.m. Dec. 12 and 13, Plainfield North High School,
12005 248th Ave. in Plainfield. The Plainfield North High School Music Department presents the 2018 Holiday
Collage Concert performance of holiday favorites by
the Plainfield North choirs and bands.

• “A Charlie Brown Christmas” – 2 p.m. and 7 p.m.
Dec. 15, and 2 p.m. Dec. 16. Performances inside the Bicentennial Park Theatre, 201 W. Jefferson St. in Joliet. Stage version of the animated classic TV special by the Joliet Drama Guild. Tickets will be $15 for adults and $13 for seniors ages 65 and older, students ages 18 and younger and active military members. Children ages 8 and younger are $5 with a paid adult.

• Gingerbread House
Making Party – noon Dec. 15 and 16, Tap House Grill,
24402 W. Lockport St. in Plainfield; $10.95 includes one free kids meal and one gingerbread kit. Reservations required. Call 815-733-5540.

• A Very Grinch Christmas – 7 to 8:30 p.m. Dec. 21, Galowich Family YMCA,
749 Houbolt Road in Joliet. The Grinch is coming to the Y. Come for an evening of Christmas cheer, crafts and activities.
