Kim Rasulo has been named mortgage banker for Heartland Bank and Trust Company.

In her new role, Rasulo serves customers in 12 local communities at the bank’s 4456 Wolf Road facility in Western Springs, according to a news release from the bank.

She is responsible for assisting customers with residential lending needs, including new home mortgages, mortgage refinancing and second mortgages.

Rasulo brings almost nine years of experience in the banking and financial services industry to Heartland Bank.

Since 1992, Rasulo has lived in Western Springs where she raised two daughters.

She is involved in several local charities, including The Legacy Guild and 100 Women Who Give a Damn, and volunteers at the LaGrange Soup Kitchen and at Tracy’s Dogs.

“Kim is a dedicated and energetic lender, and she is a well-known and experienced professional in our local communities,” said Samantha Brown, Heartland Bank mortgage sales manager. “We are thankful to have her on our team.”

Heartland Bank has several locations around the Will County area and offers a complete line of financial services to commercial and retail customers.
