Heartland Bank and Trust Company recently named a new retail support manager, covering its Plainfield, Shorewood, Elwood, Plano, Aurora, Newark and Western Springs locations.
Sue Lilja is now responsible for ensuring value and top-of-the-line service to bank customers and overseeing retail employee development and training, according to a news release from the company.
Lilja is located at the bank’s 11500 E. U.S. Highway 34 office in Plano.
She has 12 years of banking experience and lives in Paw Paw with her husband, David. Lilja has been active with the Mendota Area Chamber as well as the Paw Paw Booster Club. She is also the president of the Parish Finance Council at St. James Church.
