Heartland Bank and Trust Company recently announced it had named a new retail manager at its Elwood location.
Rebecca McGee is located at the bank’s 430 E. Mississippi Ave. office and is responsible for ensuring value and top-of-the-line service to bank customers and overseeing retail employee development and training, according to a news release from the company.
McGee has over eight years of banking experience, and most recently served as retail supervisor in Plainfield for the bank. During her career at Heartland Bank, she also held positions as retail lead and retail banker. A native of Elwood, McGee lives in Joliet with her husband, Nicholas, and children. She holds a bachelor’s in psychology from Governors State and a master’s in forensic psychology from Argosy University.
McGee is the executive director of Majestic Kids and volunteers with the Joliet-Minooka chapter of Royal Family Kids.
