Two local Republican state legislators will host a “Coffee and Conversation” event for residents in their districts.
State Rep. Mark Batinick, R-Plainfield, and state Sen. Sue Rezin, R-Morris, will host the event at the Westfield Family Restaurant on Monday, April 29, from 6 to 7:30 p.m. The restaurant is at 7126 Caton Farm Road in Plainfield.
The legislators are inviting all of their constituents to ask them about various topics in state government, including recent news, legislation, projects and other issues, in an informal setting.
Coffee and refreshments will be provided at the event, which is free and open to the public.
Questions can be directed to Batinick’s district office at 815-254-0000.
