Andrew is the brewer in the family, and he has more ideas in mind.
"Now that we're open, I'm going to take some of the recipes I've made and just go crazy with it," he said. "We're going to start making some crazy stuff – start making some crazy beer."
Candy corn is the kind of crazy idea that appeals to Jamie Stevenson of Shorewood, one of the customers at Elder Brewing on Friday.
"I love seeing things that are experimental like that," Stevenson said.
