TROY TOWNSHIP – A semitrailer driver from Princeton was killed Saturday when his truck collided with another vehicle and tumbled into a ravine.
The driver was identified as Mark L. Booth on Monday by the Will County Coroner's office.
Booth was traveling westbound on Interstate 80 when the accident occurred in a Troy Township section of the highway. He was pronounced dead at 1:10 p.m. Saturday.
He died from multiple injuries sustained in the accident, the coroner's office said. Illinois State Police are investigating the accident.
