ROMEOVILLE – Jeanette Mines, academic associate to the provost at Lewis University, was one of several educators recently honored by the Lasallian Region of North America with the Distinguished Lasallian Educator Award as part of the Huether Lasallian Conference in Denver.
The award at Huether is sponsored by the Lasallian Region of North America in the name of all Lasallians in the region.
In more than 25 years of service to Lewis University, the Lemont resident has made extraordinary contributions to the Lasallian character of the university as an outstanding professor, as founding dean of the College of Education, and as a skilled administrator.
