The 42nd Festival of the Gnomes will
be held Dec. 1 and 2 at Billie Limacher Bicentennial Park Theater.
The show starts at 2 p.m. each day at the theater, located at 201 W. Jefferson St. and Bluff Street. Tickets for the live, indoor theater production are $5 for all ages.
The show depicts gnomes of European folklore as they perform good deeds for people and nature while outsmarting nasty trolls, according to Billie Limacher Bicentennial Park.
Before and after the show, the audience can watch a decorated lobby and visit the Gnome Gift Shop where one can find “gnome-made” treasures, starting at
50 cents, or can buy their own gnome cap for $3.
Tickets for the show can be bought online at www.bicentennialpark.org.
