After receiving multiple degrees from the University of St. Francis in Joliet, Ranisah Brown now dedicates her time transforming lives as a social worker in the health care field.
She was promoted in 2014, has received a leadership award and was acknowledged by the state of Illinois in 2019 for excellent documentation.
Brown attended Eisenhower Academy, Dirksen Junior High School, and then graduated from Joliet Central High School in 2000. While at Central, she was involved in drama and the National Honor Society.
She studied at Northern University and the University St. Francis. At USF, she earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees in social work and a master’s degree in health administration.
Brown volunteers as a JTHS Bridge Builder, offering her time to serve as a bridge between schools and families.
