Intergenerational Gathering on Monday
The topic for this month’s Nuns & Nones gathering on Monday at St. Francis Woods is “Finding Meaning in Life.”
The Franciscan Sisters of the Sacred Heart invite spiritually diverse men and women to Nuns & Nones, an intergenerational gathering of Catholic Sisters and people of no particular religious affiliation who want to feed their spirit and make a difference in our society.
The gatherings will be from 6 to 7:30 p.m. every third Monday at St. Francis Woods, 9201 W. St. Francis Road, Frankfort.

• From 9 to 11 a.m. Saturday “Understanding the Many Names for Jesus” will be offered by the Franciscan Sisters of the Sacred Heart at St. Francis Woods, 9201 W. St. Francis Road, Frankfort.
Breakfast is at 9 a.m. The presentation begins at 9:30 a.m. Sister Marilyn Renninger, OSF will lead the discussion.
Participants will look at the names used in the prophecies in the Old Testament and their fulfillment in the New Testament.
$15 includes breakfast and handouts.

• A weekly scripture reflection on upcoming Sunday readings is held from 9 to 10:30 a.m. Thursdays at the Motherhouse of the Franciscan Sisters of the Sacred Heart at St. Francis Woods, 9201 W. St. Francis Road, Frankfort.
Other than April 9, 16 and 23, sessions continue until Mother’s Day.
There is no fee and no need to register.
