Colleen Abbott, whose four daughters, ages 7 to 13, all attend St. Ray’s, said the school is connecting with its students in other ways.
This includes morning announcements they can watch on YouTube, lessons plans for each of
the students and daily Zoom mentoring so students can see and engage with their teachers, Abbott said.
In addition, the school is working with its student council members to provide tutoring to students whose parents are in the health care field, Abbott said.
“They truly care about the kids there,” she said.
