About 150 people on Saturday came to an open-up Illinois rally in Shorewood, nearly all of them unmasked and objecting to sheltering orders put in place by Gov. J.B. Pritzker.
The rally at the intersection of Route 59 and Black Road featured a string of speeches by Republican candidates and had the tone of a political rally.
But organizer Scott Greene said he invited Democrats, too. They just didn't come.
