About 11:30 p.m. Monday, firefighters responded to a fire in the 13700 block of Park Falls Court in the Lakewood Falls subdivision, officials said.

Three adults were in the residence and they were awakened by the smoke detectors, officials said. The residents were able to leave the home along with the family dog. One of the residents were transported in good condition to a local hospital for evaluation.
