Plainfield Community Consolidated School District 202 announced that it will continue to provide free meal service as the school year begins for students enrolled in the district starting Monday.
Parents and guardians may pick up meals at multiple sites throughout the district, according to the district website. A student’s name, ID number and grade are required for pick up.
Service times will be Mondays from 10 a.m. to noon or Thursdays from
3 to 5 p.m. Meals can be picked up at Grand Prairie Elementary, Lakewood Falls Elementary, Lincoln Elementary, Drauden Middle, Timber Ridge Middle, and all four high schools in District 202.
To qualify their children for free or reduced-cost meals, parents and guardians should visit nlappscloud.com to fill out an application.
