The Will County Health Department will be providing free COVID-19 testing to the pubic in Romeoville on Sept. 15.
The testing will be available from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the Romeoville Village Hall auxiliary parking lot near 135th Street and North Grand Boulevard, according to a news release.
Tests will be available on a first come, first serve basis. About 80 people will be tested.
Members of the public do not need to show symptoms to be tested. Results will be available within three to five days.
Those wanting to get tested do not need health insurance.
In the event of rain, testing will not take place, and the event will be rescheduled.
